I built this last year when my cat went missing. i found her 10 days later and never used it. Its made from one piece of 2 x 4 x 8 foam board, no waste. its been doweled and glued and duct taped. Outside dimensions 48 x 25 x 16, inside dimensions 13 x 11.5 x 21. there is around $85 in materials and then time to put it together.
