Seibel’s Organic Dairy in Bloomer, WI is looking to fill an Assistant Herdsmen position. We are a family owned dairy farm that milks 140 cows with 2 DeLaval robotic milkers and farms 1200 acres. We pride ourselves on providing a safe, friendly work environment. You will be working on a farm that uses some of the most modern technology to milk cows, and strives to enhance soil function to grow a healthier crop. What would you be doing? You will be in charge of feeding calves, handling fresh cows, moving cattle, vaccinations, grooming stalls, washing our robotic milkers and numerous other jobs. Hours: I am looking for someone to work four days a week starting at 5:30 am, and every other weekend. In all total 40-50 hours per week. If you are interested in just a part time job don't hesitate to interview, I could use some part time help as well. Requirements: Must have a valid drivers license. Must have transportation to get to and from work. Need to be able to lift 50 lbs. Need to be able to work with others but yet able to get things done on your own. Must be honest and trustworthy.
