This is why I hate "Valet Trash".

A dumpster that is at exit of my apartment is all I need and what I thought I was getting and what you are led to believe you are getting. Wrong. Instead, you are surprised when you sign the lease to find out you have to buy "Valet Living" trash service. This is one of many things that you often come across with all rentals now... What they advertise is not what you actually receive. Don't drive up with a moving van full of stuff until you get all the facts. So now I'm stuck with this company playing with my trash that they only pick up if they feel like it on certain days of the week. Then they transport it a whole 200 yards away and dump it in the apartment's dumpster. I could have down that myself cheaper than $25. It is supposed to keep the property and dumpster area clean, but all I see is trash left out in front of apartments all day long and the dumpster is still overflowing.
