moving a 1bed from englewood to arvada

Hello, I'm moving my things out of a ground floor storage unit in Englewood into my new 2nd floor apt in Arvada. The amount of stuff fit snugly in a studio apartment. I have a king size bed, 3 dresser sized pieces, an 8ft storage rack that I will disassemble and about 20 boxes. No couch. Myself and my friend will help. We wont just be watching. I'd like 2 movers, 1 of them experienced, and a truck. I've gotten in trouble with flat rates before, so I am looking for someone who will do this job for $300 out the door. I would like to start moving at 9am on Saturday the 27th in Englewood. I am looking for 3 references or a website/LLC please. Thank you ! Matt
