Need part time cleaners

I own a local cleaning business and I am needing somewhat experienced cleaners to work part time shifts, flexible schedule, $15 per hour to start out, along with tips and bonuses for jobs well done. (Training available, just looking for someone with the will to work ) MUST : work well with others (although you will most likely be with only one or two other co-workers, you must have a personable attitude with clients and be polite and professional in their homes.) MUST : have your OWN transportation. MUST : have valid ID and no recent charges. Able to pass a background check. MUST : be able to lift 10+ pounds and carry out a full work day. Overall the work is somewhat easy & I am very laid back when it comes to headphones, phone calls, holidays, breaks & kid obligations, I am just looking for someone who wants to make money and can get things done with pride, caring for my clients the same way I care for them.
