This is an entry level position in our Powdercoating facility. We are hiring for one swingshift position. Responsibilities include: Preparing sheet metal parts for processing using a variety of methods. Working from drawings and/or written instructions and tool sheets. Masking parts to specifications. Rack and un-rack parts. Other duties as assigned We are looking for candidates who: Have a desire to work in a manufacturing environment and willingness to learn and grow. Have the basic ability to be trained to read and interpret blue print specifications. Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds continuously and occasionally up to 35 pounds. Have a mechanical aptitude and the desire to work with a wide variety of equipment. Must be hands on, have a high rate of speed and be very detailed oriented. Have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Excellent work ethic and dependability Have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
