Ready Clean is a facility maintenance company and is looking to hire a fulltime experienced commercial cleaner/technician. You must have experience in commercial cleaning and must be ready to work with little supervision. Job requirements: - You must have a valid US drivers license (driving record will be required) - You must be comfortable driving a large van - You must speak English (You will be expected to communicate with customers) - You must know how (and have experience with) striping and waxing VCT - You must know how to burnish VCT floors - You must know how to clean carpets (using hot water extractor) - You must have a basic use of hand tools (drills, levels, screw drivers) - You must be available to work Monday – Friday (7:00am – 4:00pm) - You must have transportation to get you to work on time everyday - You must be responsible, punctual and professional Things you should know: - You will be cleaning (this is not your primary job but you will clean – We are all cleaners) - Ready Clean is a growing company and looking for the best of the best - You will be expected to be on Direct Deposit - You will be a W2 employee Salary is based on experience Performance bonuses based on skill level of job performed In person interview is required Resume (job experience) and references are required Email resume/experience to [email protected] Do not call/text – send email first
