Found Female Dogs

expressway near Rueben torres blvd, Brownsville TX

FOUND February 20 2021, two female dogs were laying in the parking lot near Sunrise Mall in Brownsville. They are injured from being hit by cars, they can't walk or stand. Nice people were giving them food and water but we took them home so they would be safer. We really need to find thier owners so they can go to the vet.
