Cash reward for return of my 10 y/o Blue Quaker Parrot. Answers to Cloud, blue with gray belly and a orange beak. Medium sized. Nervous around strangers. Raised from birth and bonded to me. Missing since 2/18. Last seen around 5 mile and Doffing Road. Cash reward. Any info or possible sightings or leads are greatly appreciated.
