We are a new Airbnb and need to hire a housekeeper to prepare our home between guests. We expect each cleaning to take approximately 5 hours and expect 6-12 reservations/cleanings per month. As our checkout time is 10am and our check in time is 3pm, we need someone who is available from 10am-3pm. Many times, we'll have back to back reservations, so your ability between 10am and 3pm is very important. You must be able to arrive promptly at 10am and finish the housekeeping responsibilities by 3pm. In addition to cleaning, inventory of toiletries and refreshments will be needed, as well as monthly supply runs based on inventory. You may also be required to launder linens off site if outdoor drying is not suitable, as we do not have commercial size machines.
Your attention to detail and ability to consistently create a clean space that looks like the photos in our listing is very important.
We have successfully run three other Airbnbs for the past year. We are highly experienced with short term vacation rentals and want to provide our guests with a flawless and comfortable experience, and this heavily relies on the cleanliness of our home.
This is also an opportunity to grow, as we plan on expanding our business.
