Weird Bass Player Looking for Weird Musicians

30 year old bass player new to Denver here. Have been very fortunate to have very musical friends growing up and have been in a place with an active scene at the right time. Played and toured in many Ska, Punk, Indie, and Post-Everything bands and would like to continue doing that. Very motivated by creative output in a collaborative setting. I love sharing a goal with some like-minded people in a DIY environment. You can hear my playing (just playing, the great writing and recording I had nothing to do with there.) with a band called Attalaya on Spotify. Currently playing out of an old Crate 4x10 and Head and a P-Bass, experimenting with pedals. Have been greatly influenced by Mannequin Pussy, AJJ, Rosenstock, Screaming Females, Interstate 8 era Modest Mouse, Weakerthans, anything Pat the Bunny did, Dissidente, Propagandi and Cap'N'Jazz of late but I could talk genres and stuff for days. Currently and for the forseeable future I am working very regular hours that would work well for playing music in a very real way. That's always been my goal.
