Looking for someone (1 person, no companies) who can do small jobs at a rental property just down from White Oak Crossing Shopping Center and Hwy. 70 in Garner. Jobs such as painting, landscaping, fence repair, staining deck/porch, etc. Turn around work when tenant moves out of property. Must have experience! ***This would not be a full-time job*** Pay can be discussed. You must live close to White Oak Crossing and have references. If interested, email and I will contact you.
