Found Kitten w/Green Collar

Found kitten, black and white coat. It was wearing a green collar. Found on the corner of Rancherias and Seranno Rd in Apple Valley. If this is your cat, please identify the gender so that I know it's going to the correct owner. I will be holding it for a few weeks ( by law ) and then will be rehoming.
