Hello, I am seeking an experienced handyman/labor that I can often use for maintenance. Depending on the job, supplies will be provided. For the jobs where you'll need to provide your own tools, I will compensate for it. For around-the-house maintenance (painting, drywall, cleanouts, etc.,) the rate is 13/hr (cash at the end of each day/job). For other heavier jobs, you can provide a fair-market-value quote. Need experience with the following: -DEPENDABLE -Interior Painting -Drywall -Lifting & cleaning out spaces -Other maintenance experience, (knows how to use a hammer, screwdriver, etc.) -Reliable Transportation This is something to supplement monthly income.
