Title: Operations Manager Duties: Drive Truck and pick and drop off trailers Assist with onsite moves Schedule moves and/or deliveries Quote moves Do onsite visits when needed for quoting purposes Coordinate with corporate on long distance moves Bill clients on local move Set up storage clients in ZSM2 system, to include address, contact and payment information Collect past due accounts Coordinate with Warehouse Manager on schedule Order moving supplies: boxes, tape, blankets Answer phones Promote Zippy Shell brand via social media, vendors, and business partners Salary 40,000 plus tips and bonus
