Gino is an 8 year old American Pit Bull Terrier mix who was found without the use of his back legs and it appears to be permanent paralysis. He has some feeling in his bladder, but is unable to control it completely. He is pretty good about emptying his bladder, but may need a little help to prevent infection. He gets around by the staff using a sling to walk his back end or by using his fitted wheelchair. Gino is a reserved gentlemen who warms up to people with a little time. He loves stuffed animals and kongs. He is unsure about other dogs right now, most likely because of his paralysis. He would do best in a home with no cats or small children. Gino is looking for that special person to give him a loving home.
