Maintenance Company servicing Property Management Companies is looking for skilled and enthusiastic people to add to our maintenance family. Qualified candidates will possess a wide variety of skills including basic electric, plumbing, carpentry, and handyman skills, 2 years of experience required. Candidates need to look professional and have good communication skills We are seeking an individual with the general knowledge of handyman work, hardworking, dedicated, and punctual. Responsibilities include: Responding to tenant maintenance needs in a timely manner Perform handyman services to make small repairs as needed Knowledge of all trades (example: painting, plumbing, electrical, flooring, drywall, insulation, framing, etc.) Keep common areas clean and free of debris. Repair faucets, showerheads, toilets, etc Perform other duties as needed Qualifications: Must have reliable transportation Must have own tools Must be authorized to work in the U.S Minimum 2 years experience on the field as a handyman Valid Driver's License Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred but not required) Please provide us with your resume and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
