SUMMARY:
With just 2 trucks New City Moving was established in 2009 and now we have over 100 moving trucks and help over 17,000 customers move annually in Chicago, surrounding suburbs and now across the country. As the largest, and the highest rated, moving company in Chicago, we are continuing to expand very quickly and are now looking to add additional team members (like you) to our incredible and top performing sales team!
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-Time and/or Full-Time
VEHICLE TYPE: Diesel and Gas Trucks
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Change wiper blades
• Oil Changes
• Grease Chassis components
• Daily checking of truck fluids
• Change vehicle lights
• Minor electrical work
• Clean/take care of upkeep of shop/equipment
• Other light mechanical duties as needed
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL:
• MUST be able to provide their own tools
• Previous experience as a mechanic
• Knowledge of shop equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license
• Go-getter, someone who works until the job is done
