Soil and Clay Package Fulfillment Team Member Duties: - Fulfillment of online orders, carefully packaging plants into boxes to ensure they are safe during their travels.u - Plant procurement - ensuring the plants are watered properly and taken care of. - Taking inventory of plants and pots coming in and ensuring the website inventory is correct. - Keeping tracking of all broken pots, dead plants, and anything we need vendor credit for. - Working with our internal sales team to ensure we are always in stock never selling out. - Placing orders for packaging and fulfillment supplies so we do not run out of stock. - Answering customer service emails This person is - great communication both written and oral - Good attention to detail and specifics - Is accountable and reliable - Fluent in English - Proficient with computers (you will be working with shipping software, excel spreadsheets, and shopify) - enjoys taking care of indoor plants
