Mechanic Needed “ Spinning lug nuts”

I need someone to remove the spinning lug nuts off my car THis is not factory wheels lock!!! and I do not have the key Please don’t ask me to search the car it’s has been months of my not being able to drive my car with my tire being flat. We can work on a price just have knowledge on removing SPINNING LUG NUGS If you have to break them off do whatever to remove the lock on my wheel. I’m located downtown Los Angels 407-247-7966
