Hi there! I'm looking to find a few people to help with odd jobs around the house, potential to lead into bigger gigs depending on ability and negotiations. At this point I just have a growing list of to-do's that I'm just not able to achieve myself with my increasingly busy business growth and schedule. A few of the jobs include: * Electronic mounting & configuration *Yard clean up/ maintenance *Deck clearing/ small deck demo/ possible rebuild and extension *Fence installation *Demo of an outdoor structure/green house *Installation of a large outdoor structure shed *Interior painting *Hanging wall shelving units *Light fixture installations *Junk removal/ clearing *Tree removal I'm also looking to find someone who is good with organizing and clearing of indoor spaces, this person would be working with me personally to clear out a "garage" full of items that need to either be sold or donated and general reorganization of the space so that it can be ready for the completion of a renovation. There really is so many things that I know will need to be accomplished in these next coming months and I'm really looking to find a couple solid people who have the physical (and mental) aptitude to work alongside me to get it done. Rate(s) negotiable depending on the task at hand and could evolve over time, at first I would like to get to know you and your abilities (starting with the smaller jobs) and would offer $20-25 hr/ 5 hours cash each day (dependent on experience level, availability and reliability.
