Remodeling company seeking a part-time helper

I'm a owner operated interior remodeling company. I'm looking for a part-time helper (24-35 hrs. a week). Requirements: -MUST know how to mask/paint using brush and roller, -MUST be able to paint by yourself without any supervision and be able to do drywall repairs -MUST be comfortable with using a ladder up to 24' -MUST have a valid driver license and a reliable transportation. ( you might have to drive the company vehicle so you MUST have a valid driver license) -MUST be able to lift 60lbs or more when needed Responsibilities / duties may include, but are not limited to: - Mask/Sand/Paint/Drywall (you must be able to do this without any supervision) - Help with bathroom demo, floor demo, wall, etc,... - Assist in installing various building materials - Use hand tools/power tools to cut and shape materials per instructions - Load and unload equipment and materials from vehicle - Clean construction sites after work each day - Perform other duties as assigned Additional Information: - Wage $20/ per hour or DOE - Annual review and bonus We are a Equal Employment Opportunity company.
