Jeep Keyfob Found with other various keys!!

I Found this set of keys in the middle of the street by the 76 gas station off Camino De Los Mares (Estrella) depending on your way of travel. I removed a special artifact from this picture that way only the rightful owner will be able to identify these keys :) It looks like these are a set of house and mailbox keys and a handcuff key with the initials JSV engraved on the top of the handcuff key. Most importantly a key fob for a newer JEEP Vehicle. Could these possibly belong to a cop or law enforcement officer? Call or Text I live in the Capo Beach area (San Clemente). Call or Text
