Lost!! - 7mos. old black & white border collie/blue heeler

His name is Jasper and he is 7mos old black & white border collie mix. His 2 front paws are white w black spots(right paw) and white snout and the tip of his tail is also white. He is super friendly and a very lovable pup still fairly obedient but is learning everyday. He recently learned how to jump over our 3 ft fence in the yard and has been able to do so ever since. So when we chained him up w in the yard last thursday he was able to get his collar off and jump the fence. He normally doesn't wander too far but this time he had been outside the yard for some time by the time we had returned.
