I have two medium size apartment complex. We have first company aquatherm heating and air conditioning split system with outside condenser and ceiling mount air handler for heating and cooling. We are looking for an experienced HVAC person with Aquatherm system expereince who is looking for some extra work in the evening, days off etc to handle our ongoing HVAC needs. Must have own gauges and tools to do the job. We stock onsite most of the parts needed for repairs. All our HVAC systems are functioning properly. The systems are 20 years old and each year a few air handlers go out, drip pans need replaced, coils need cleaned, pumps need replaced etc. We will pay $20-$25/hour and can probably employ you 8-16 hours per week if you have the time. We will commit to a 4 hour minimum of work but might have to have you do other things besides Hvac. Properties are located near Martin Luther King and Lake Mead. ( we will reimburse you for any freon or other materials used) 4) What days or times you might be available? 6) What type of work vehicle do you have? While things are slow we are considering going through all units and cleaning all coils.
