Arizona Hot Tub Company is looking for a full time delivery technician. Our delivery technician deliver spas, accessories, and other products sold through the retail stores to customer's homes. Drivers will also install items as needed and assist with the maintenance of customer's spas through our Spa Valet program. We are growing and looking for the next great team member to add to our fantastic delivery/service team! Job Responsibilities: - Work/communicate with our sales & service teams to deliver customer value - Communicate with customers about technical issues and spa care information - Record parts tracking and job results for jobs - Diagnosis installation spa issues Requirements: - Construction background 1 year min. - Electrical background 1 year min. - Carpentry background 1 year min. - Problem solving - Heavy lifting - Must have personal cell phone - Driver's License - Clean driving record - Ability to pass background screening - High school diploma or equivalent - Good customer interaction skills with clean appearance - Excellent phone etiquette and a clear speaking voice - Positive attitude and enjoy a challenge - Must be able to work with minimum supervision - Possess strong organizational skills and an eye for attention to detail Full Time Employment plus benefits starting pay $12.50 - $18/hr DOE All new hires will undergo drug testing and on the job training, previous "hot tub" experience not required.
