Lock haven based contractor seeking full-time general laborer to perform job duties under the direction and supervision of owner/operator with opportunity for promotion to team lead. Scope of work includes indoor demos/remodels and painting as well as year-round outdoor seasonal work, including but not limited to, roofing, landscaping, snow removal and exterior property washing. The desired applicant will be in good health without physical limitations, able to lift 75+ pounds and work in the standing position with full range of motion for 8 to 10 hours per day, often on uneven or weather affected surfaces. Applicant should have basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment, the ability to follow written and oral instructions and a valid drivers license. Starting pay, $12 per hour with 60 day review.
