My Plumber Retired! I own several rental homes, and do some remodeling projects. Looking for a licensed plumber. I typically do $3-5,000 maintenance work in RI This year I have a renovation in Mass, with $20-40,000 plumbing. (permits required!) Prefer a one-or two-man (or woman!) shop, without the overhead of the big companies. Are you just getting started? Looking for regular side jobs? Or semi-retired? I have work for you! Note: I have had replies from GC's, "handymen", etc. I need you to pull permits Mass and probably RI! Please tell me about your credentials to do this, or I will not respond to you ;)
