Join Pure Barre Elm Grove and Serendipity Lab at the Mayfair Collection for a phenomenal class event on March 20th with Corner Bakery Please mark your calendars and join us for an exciting event hosted by Serendipity Lab and Pure Barre Elm Grove! A Classic class will be taught by Pure Barre Elm Grove at 9:30 AM in the Serendipity Lab located within the Mayfair Collection in Wauwatosa. This class is a 50 minute workout. Pure Barre is a low impact, high intensity technique that focuses on strengthening and lengthening all major muscle groups of the body, including: the arms, the core, the back, the seat, and the legs to help you get a full body workout in a highly efficient way. The driving concept behind our technique is to work major muscle groups to fatigue without impact and couple sections of work with stretching to gain strength and flexibility. Corner Bakery will be on-site giving away free samples of overnight oats! Serendipity Lab will also be serving complimentary mimosas at the conclusion of class. They will additionally provide free hot tea, infused water, and coffee as well as whole fruit for attendees upon arrival to the event. Please wear leggings, a comfortable top, sticky socks or closed-toe shoes, and bring a mask. You don't want to miss this exclusive event!
