Locally owned real estate and hospitality business seeking full-time employee for cleanings, general maintenance, and miscellaneous operations.
NOTE: We do not seek a contractor or company. This is for an individual full-time employee.
ROLE: You will manage 50+ rooms (across 8 properties, and growing) with short-term and long-term tenants. We are a small business and will rely on you to handle most day-to-day on-site needs including basic plumbing, basic electric, cleanings, furniture move and assembly, trash removal, paint, etc.
SHIFT: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week).

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have work authorization.
- Must have a truck (approved transportation costs are reimbursed).
- Must live in Boston area within 30 minutes drive.
- Company will utilize GPS locator to manage timesheet.
