Service Valet Responsibilities: Promptly and professionally greets all customers upon arrival and introduces them to a service advisor Directs customers to maintain a proper flow through the service lane Performs appropriate check in and check out procedures for all service vehicles Retrieves customer vehicles from the parking lot while they are paying for service and removes seat and floor covers Removes vehicles out of service drive and moves to designated parking areas pickup & delivery of customer vehicles Ensures service drive and parking area are clean, neat and free of any debris or trash Assists with snow removal from dealership lot as needed Exhibits a strong focus on vehicle safety at all times Follows all company safety policies and procedures and immediately reports any and all accidents to a manager Performs additional tasks as may be assigned Service Valet Qualifications: Possesses excellent customer service skills Demonstrates professionalism, collaboration and a positive attitude in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors Completes assignments in a timely manner Able to prioritize tasks and escalate issues or questions to appropriate managers or team members Reports any situation or condition that would jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its customers or employees to management Maintains a professional appearance Is team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals Holds a valid driver’s license and has a clean driving record Able to pass background and drug screenings Click here to apply:
