Looking for someone with a general contractor license. Need someone to pull permits, fill paperwork for permits and meet inspectors if required, that is pretty much 99% of what our company is needing. If things work out, we can partner up as an investor. Pay is by project, we have workers comp and general liability. Scope of work is new construction only. 1-3 houses a year "spec houses". Pay is by project, ranging from ($2,000 to $5,000) depending on experience and involvement. No experience is needed only willingness to learn and to want to make a few extra dollars. You will work about 40 hours, in a span of 3 months all together and make $50 to $125 an hour, depending on your involvement. Serious inquiries only, looking to hire someone soon.
