A well known Restoration Company is looking to hire Technicians. We will train. Requirements: - must be 21 years old and up - must have valid driving license - clean backroad, drug free - must speak and read fluently English ( Spanish as additional language is very good) - able to use iPhone, iPad ( we teach to use the applications) -must be able to lift up to 60 pounds -ability to drive a box truck -must have construction experience ( drywall, floor, baseboards ect removal) -willing to be on call on weekends, evenings and/or holidays -must be responsible, polite, team player and neat Job Description: -detect the affected area ( water damage, mold etc.) -set up proper equipment and monitor it ( daily) - demolition and debris removal -picture documentation during the entire process( iPhone provided) -communication with the supervisor and the office manager -uniform provided - full time The office is located in Dania Beach area.
