If you are a hard worker with great time management skills, we would love for you to apply for our open maid position. We will start you as a part time (15-20 hours per week) maid then possible full time later. We are looking to hire a hard-working and trustworthy Maid to perform various cleaning duties as required by our clients. The Maid's responsibilities include replacing dirty linen and towels, sweeping driveways and walkways, as well as washing, drying, and putting away dishes as well as other cleanings tasks. You should also inform management of any accidents that result in broken or damaged appliances or fixtures. To be successful as a Maid, you should be physically fit and able to work with minimal supervision. Ultimately, an outstanding Maid should be able to multitask as well as demonstrate exceptional cleaning, communication, and time management skills. Job Responsibilities: Dust all furniture, wall hangings and window blinds, periodically vacuuming drapes Deep clean the kitchen and all bathrooms and empty all wastebaskets Vacuum all carpets and rugs and occasionally shampoo them Sweep and wash floors with a mop or powered scrubbing tool and wax if necessary to make them sparkle Change bed linens and towels, wash and dry them, and make beds to create cozy bedrooms Pick up extra cups, glasses, newspapers and books and put them in their proper areas to tidy the house and present an organized environment Wash windows, ceilings, and walls and wash and polish woodwork as needed Scrub toilets, showers, baths, and bathroom sinks as well as remove mildew buildup and mold from various surfaces Wipe down kitchen appliances, equipment, and counters to remove dirt, grease, and grime Regularly empty and wash wastebaskets and dispose of all rubbish Wash, dry, and fold bedding and towels Maintain an accurate record of all cleaning tasks completed each day Launder clothing as required Clean the pool and replace chemicals as needed Job Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Proven cleaning experience Sound knowledge of different cleaning methods The ability to work with minimal supervision The ability to multitask Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills Exceptional cleaning and customer service skills Physically fit and detail-oriented Provide own transportation Salary: Pay at $12 per hour Location: Pompano Beach, FL
