Wynmoor, a large gated adult condominium community in Coconut Creek is seeking a Facilities Laborer to work in the community's common areas, meeting rooms and ballrooms. Responsibilities: · Participates in the routine cleaning of buildings and premises including sweeping, mopping and polishing floors · Performs related work as required. · Sets up tables and chairs for meetings, games, lectures, based on event requirements · Must be courteous and professional when dealing with residents Candidate requirements: · Has a minimum of 2- 4 years of related experience - Customer service experience · Will need to complete and background check and drug test · Possess a valid Florida Driver’s License · Meet physical requirements such as lifting 50 lbs, crawling, stooping, work in tight places and climb a ladder Wynmoor offers competitive compensation and benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid time off and a safe harbor 401(k) plan.
