Wynmoor, a large gated adult condominium community in Coconut Creek is seeking a Handyman to work in resident's apartments. Knowledge and responsibilities: -Light carpentry including shelving installation, window repair, balances and jalousies, pocket door repairs and picture/mirror hanging -Light electrical including lightbulb replacements, ballast, plug/outlet/switch cover replacements -General services including removal/ light discards, loading and unloading vehicles, relocating furniture -Minor plumbing such as ballcocks, flappers and plunging -Light painting, small tile and paver repairs Candidate requirements: · Has a minimum of 4 years of handyman experience · Will need to complete and background check and drug test · Possess a valid Florida Driver’s License · Meet physical requirements such as lifting 50 lbs, crawling, stooping, work in tight places and climb a ladder Wynmoor offers competitive compensation and benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid time off and a safe harbor 401(k) plan.
