Hello, I am a local real estate investor in the Triangle and starting to to deals in Greensboro/Winston area. I am looking for a reliable and reasonably priced remodeling co or full service GC with their own crew. I flip houses and also have rental properties and looking for the right partnership for my growing businesses. I typically work in Durham, Wake, and Johnston Counties and now buying in Greensboro/Winston. I have a flip in Greensboro I need a contracting team for ASAP. Looking to build a long-term relationship and do many jobs together. Need a team who can start on a job quickly, self-manage, communicate efficiently, has strong attention to detail and can also be my eyes and ears on a rehab site. I also work with a lot of other investors and property managers and happy to send you referrals with good work. I will be paying through my businesses and a need a company who carries GENERAL LIABILITY and WORKERS COMP insurance. I will need verification of these policies before working together as well as talking to references. Do not inquire if you do not have these in place. I will also have to issue a 1099 at the end of the year so will need a W9 filled out. Here are some of the typical items on my rehabs: Painting Drywall repair or replacement Light/med electrical to code(fixing outlets, installing lights, fans, appliances, moving washer and dryer hookups) Light/med plumbing to code (installing/fixing toilets and faucets, installing dishwashers, installing water heaters, hooking up plumbing for sinks after counter installed) Installing cabinetry Full Kitchen and bath remodels (restructuring layout) Tile and backsplash install Removing and installing cabinet, counters, hardware, mirrors, fixtures Carpentry Changing locks Moving appliances and hauling materials Junk removal Power washing, gutter cleaning Yard clean up and landscaping Windows, siding, roof (if your co does this, not necessary though)
