Create your own living terrarium with your artist, Cory! Self watering terrariums have the ability to thrive on their own with little to no care. Why? Because when you give the right plant the right conditions, and the right amount of moisture, it will thrive on its own as an ecosystem. These miniature living worlds can surprise you with random growth that you didn't intend to have sprout. Some of these surprises may include mushrooms, clovers, weeds/ grass. It is fun to witness the life grow inside and to trim it to your liking when things start to grow wild! During this terrarium building workshop, your artist Cory will guide you through the process of assembling and caring for your living creation! Each person will have a hands on experience as they play with different elements of nature such as soil, mosses, sand, rocks, and more! During the workshop we will be focusing on creating one terrarium in an enclosed container that will have variations in shape ! You will assemble the perfect ecosystem in which will thrive on its own once you find the perfect spot! We encourage anyone who enjoys nature and hands on activities to join us at Reflection Room on March 21st starting at 1pm to create their own! Masks will be required, seats are limited to 10 participants. Outside drinks and food are fine, just please no alcohol! Tickets are sold through Eventbrite directly connected to this event page.
