Grass Roots Landscaping is a small landscape company based in Longmeadow, MA. We have a large residential client base that expects high quality, reliable, and efficient lawn care and yard maintenance services. Seeking team-oriented candidate who enjoys working at a fast-pace, can work long hours when needed, is committed to excellence, self-motivated, reliable and able to problem solve. Duties include all landscape maintenance services, as well as snow removal in the winter. Requirements: - Own transportation - At least one year experience as a landscape crew member with skills including the following: - Lawn mowing w/48” and 61” mowers, weed whacking, edging, planting, pruning, mulching, spring/fall clean ups. - Heavy lifting - Interest in growing with company and advancing in company - Ability to drive truck and trailer a plus. - DOT medical card Looking for long-term commitment to grow with business.
