Description
Need to cut open a wall, about ~6 feet High x ~36 inches Wide, remove a stud and "extend" the wall about 8-10 inches deep out from the other side to make move room in an enclosed pantry to make it deeper for a new, larger refrigerator.
It's not a difficult job, but you need to know how to secure the wall where the 1 stud was removed and add a header and a couple of supports on the adjacent wall to secure the new "wall" in place.
Job should take 3-4 hours. (Half the work means to be done 1 day, then electrician comes the later in the day to move an electrical outlet, then the rest of the work will be finished the next day.)
The pay is $250 and will be paid 1/2 one day, the rest the 2nd day when the work is finsihed. We are not doing bids.
