Looking for Seasonal Full Time Farm Laborer/Tractor Operator Excellent unique long-term opportunity for seasonal full time farm hand to help with farming activities around the Columbia basin area. Applicant must be self-motivated, detail oriented and a team player. Experience with John Deere tractors and pesticide equipment are necessary. Applicant must be able to provide their own transportation and be willing to work long hours during planting and harvest time. Requirements - Ability to follow instructions with accuracy and precision. -Ability to work in all conditions (hot, humid, cold, wet) as well as on weekends as necessary. - Valid drivers license, current insurance, a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle. - Maintain a drug and alcohol-free work environment. - Willingness to learn and participate as a team player. -. Current Washington state pesticide license or the ability to acquire one within 30 days of hire. -Job is physical and manual dexterity is essential. The job may require continuous and repetitive motions such as walking, stooping, bending, and lifting a minimum of 70 lbs. unassisted. -Pay based upon experience and great opportunity for growth.
