Need a 2 bedroom apartment patched and painted with 2 colors. One for living area. And one for bedrooms. No ceiling work is needed. Apartment size is about 1300sqft but not all walls need to be painted. 2 walls that are about 13’ long 10 walls that are 8’ long Nothing terribly complicated.
