Experienced Handyman with tools for Apartment complex make readies!!

Skilled Handyman with 5 or more years experience doing apartment maintenance. This job could be part time ( evenings and weekends) or possibly full time for the correct person. Handyman must have: A) Own tools such as 1) Battery power drill, sawall, circular saw, 2) Basic plumbing tools --screw drivers, basin wrench, pliers, socket set for removing bathroom stems from showers, copper sweating tools, pipe wrenches, crow bars 3) Basic electrical tools to test stove, oven, refrigerator and electrical sockets 4) Basic plastering tools, trowels, mud pan, drop clothes 5) Basic carpentry tools, miter saw, jig saw, levels, tape measures, stud finder B) Own work vehicle: C) Experienced in basic plumbing: 1) Repair and/or replacing, toilets, kitchen or bathroom washers, seats, stems or faucets, shower values, seats, stems, handles, washers, garbage disposal, sinks, and all pvc plumbing under sinks. Sweat copper occasionally. Repair or replace water heater. D) Experienced in basic Carpentry 1) Repair closet doors and only replace if absolutely necessary. Repair or replace front door, bedroom door, bathroom door, door jambs, molding, hinges, cabinet hinges, repair or replace cabinet shelf under kitchen sink if needed. E) Basic sheet rock repairs 1) Fast and efficiently repair holes in walls, doors, ceilings and have tools to make a smooth and finished patch F) Good understanding of Stove and Refrigerator repairs helpful but not required. prefer a Non smoker... Please be as detailed as possible. Handyman will be paid at the end of each day thru Zelle, venmo,paypal, cashapp or any other online apps. Pay rate shall be $17/hr if you have the tools and experience.
