Kelly is seeking motivated, hardworking individuals for various Warehouse positions in Anderson, SC. Whether you are an experienced Forklift Operator or or entry level candidate exploring warehouse opportunities it's likely we have a position for you! Shifts: A. Mon-Thursday 7am-5:30pm $15.00 per hour B. Mon-Thursday 8pm-6:30am $17.00 per hour C. Fri-Sun 7am-7pm $17.00 per hour D. Fri-Sun 7pm-7am $17.00 per hour Responsibilities: •Manually distribute parts, assemblies, supplies, both packaged and bulk, from holding areas to individual work stations to succeeding operation or scaling area. •Keeping parts segregated, writing tickets, keeping part numbers in order, scaling parts, maintaining simple set-ups and tending simple automatic operations. •Movement and lifting of containers, pallets, wire containers, etc. •Stack skids or pallets in designated areas. •Clean up and disposal of scrap, cardboard and strapping in proper containers or designated areas. Job Requirements: •Perform duties bending, stooping, lifting and handling of heavy loads of work as well as pushing and pulling carts and hydraulic lift jacks. •Dispose of non-conforming material per established procedures. •Support assembly line changeovers by preparing each station with the proper work instructions, material, fixtures and tooling such as drivers and wrenches. •Be able to read and write. Have simple math skills. •Capable of interpreting and/or completing charts, schedules, reports, forms and records. •Must possess physical dexterity sufficient to accomplish required tasks. •Must possess cooperative attitude toward coworkers and management. •Must operate equipment safely and wear specified PPE such as earplugs, safety glasses, etc., as deemed necessary for the safety of operator, coworkers and facility. •Capable of working in a standing position 100% of the time. •Continuous mental and visual attention requiring constant alertness or activity. •Adhere to company’s quality policy to provide customer satisfaction through high quality products, delivered on-time at a cost that represents value. •Adhere to 5S methodology which is to Sort, Set in Order (organize and identify), Shine (clean), Standardize and Sustain (maintain). •Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance. •Available to work long hours and weekends, as needed. •Maintain equipment in clean and good working order, reporting equipment problems to supervisor. •Strive for continual improvement in departmental processes and functions.
