At Americas Pride Cooling and Heating we are a company who is committed to giving the best to not only our customers but our employees. We are currently searching for a residential lead installer with experience in heat pump, gas furnace, straight ac, both gas and heat pump packaged units, compressors, txv's, and all other parts replacements. We offer a starting pay of $25-$30 per hour. We are also looking for entry level helpers/apprentices. We ask that you be knowledgeable with hand and power tools, ready and eager to work, willing to take initiative, follow directions, and retain what you are taught. Some experience is great but not necessary. We are offering a starting pay of $15-$20 per hour.
