Looking to adopt guinea pigs

I’m a single mom with a son and I am looking to adopt a guinea pig or two. We don’t have a lot of money, I’m ideally trying to find them for maybe $25 or so with a cage. Would prefer friendly and used to being held if possible. Thanks so much!
