ISO 20 or 29 Gallon Fish tank

My little brothers frogs have outgrown their current tank and need to move to a larger one. They are currently in a 10 gallon. I am searching for preferably a 29 gallon, but a 20 would work too, tank with lid and light and if you have a filter that too. Nothing else needed. He has everything else. Im on a very low fixed income and trying to help him out. (Hes only 14 so he cant get a job bc of whats going on in the world and he has school.) I am disabled with 2 kids im raising on my own. Please let me know what you have and price with pictures. It MUST hold water. I know how much the kits cost new. I do travel to madison from time to time (not very often though) so I am willing to travel a reasonable distance for the right price. Thank you in advance.
