Small business in downtown San Francisco seeking an experienced air conditioning technician for installation of 2 rooftop AC units and 2 corresponding indoor air handlers. Availability for long term regular maintenance of these new units and 5 other older units would be great.
The installations are new units provided by us. They are Trane / American Standard. The rooftop units are already on the roof and we have the corresponding air handlers and economizers. Some ducting work is required to get the economizers set up properly. We also need new refrigerant lines run for the units.
