Mechanic who knows carburetors and possibly vaccum routing

I have a 1986 Ford E350 with a 7.5 l gas engine. I got a new Holley 4180 carburator for it and need someone to fine tune/install it. Right now it dies when I put it into gear. I'm looking for somebody who really knows what they're doing on carburetors and is not just going to waste my time. I have many other vehicles and work as well. But my primary goal is to get this one running.
