Construction Laborer or Junior Carpenter

We are looking to hire either a laborer or junior carpenter to work full time on a large house we are building in San Francisco (Pacific Heights neighborhood). Responsibilities include light carpentry (safety railings, blocking, etc) as well as general clean-up, a variety of tasks and assisting with Site Superintendent. Ideally you will have some experience with a skill saw, drills, knowledge of reading a tape measure and feel comfortable climbing ladders in an active capacity. You must be a hard worker & show up on time for 40 hours of work each week. Please provide either a resume or description of your past experiences and why you want a job like this. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to learn more about carpentry. We have a team of very skilled workers to teach. This position is full time and could start right away. Rate of pay will vary depending on your skills and past experience. Typically we are paying $18/hr to $25/hr, plus vacation & holiday pay, sick pay, medical (after probation) and year end bonus.
